HOW ARE THEY MADE?
Before starting any ring, every customer is first sent our special sizing kit to determine ideal size.
Next, a 3D CAD model of your ring is made and tested. This model is used to create the complex G-code that will determine the intricate toolpaths used by the CNC machine when cutting each of your ring's pieces from a single piece of American made Aircraft Grade 6-4 Titanium.
